- Canada: 7β15 business days
- International: 7β20 business days

Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping on orders over $50.
- Shipping rates for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
SquishLab is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us and we will do our best to help.
Incorrect Address
