  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • United States: 5–12 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • International: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping on orders over $50.
  • Shipping rates for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

SquishLab is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us and we will do our best to help.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

International Orders
